Tepia integrates and automates Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive with the rest of your business systems (accounting, field service, ecommerce, telephony and your own apps) using custom middleware when Zapier and Make stop fitting.

Only about 28% of an organization's applications are integrated with each other, per MuleSoft's Connectivity Benchmark.
The average company runs about 90 different SaaS applications, according to Okta's Businesses at Work report.
Sales reps spend only about 28% of their week actually selling, according to Salesforce's State of Sales report.
Tepia helps operators get their CRM talking to the systems around it so sales, service and finance stop re entering the same data. The typical client has a CRM that works fine on its own, an accounting system that works fine on its own, and a growing pile of manual steps, spreadsheets and half working Zaps between them.
Tepia handles three kinds of work under this service. Integration connects your CRM with other systems through their APIs. Automation makes the CRM do the repetitive work: assignment, follow up, status changes, document generation and notifications. Data hygiene keeps the whole thing trustworthy with dedupe rules, validation and monitoring.
Tepia works with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive as well as CRMs Tepia has built for clients. Because Tepia is a software studio rather than a CRM reseller, Tepia can also build the missing piece when no connector exists, and will recommend staying on Zapier when that is genuinely enough. Tepia’s comparison is at Zapier vs custom integration.
The table lists the integrations Tepia is asked for most, what data moves, and the approach Tepia usually recommends.
Tepia builds automations inside the CRM’s own tools first (Salesforce Flow, HubSpot workflows, Pipedrive automations) and moves logic into custom services only when the native tool cannot express it or when volume makes it unreliable. Common automations Tepia ships:
Each automation Tepia builds ships with an error path: what happens when the API is down, the record is missing a field, or the same event fires twice. That is the difference between an automation your team trusts and one they quietly work around.
Tepia uses Zapier and Make on client projects and recommends them for low volume, one directional tasks with tolerant failure modes, such as posting a new lead to a Slack channel. They stop fitting when any of the following is true, and Tepia then builds custom middleware.
Tepia documents the decision in Discovery so you know exactly which flows stay on Zapier and which move.
Tepia applies its six phase process to integration projects, scaled to fit a typically shorter engagement, with a US based project manager throughout.
