We research existing systems and processes with our client, interview potential users, and research 3rd party software and social media integrations. We summarize findings in the Investigation Summary, Interview Summary, and User Stories reports.
We use a Design Questionnaire to get initial direction for our design. We then use Moodboards and a Style Guide to identify the feel and general style desired. We draft Sample Designs from the Detailed Wireframes and present them to the client for review. We then complete the designs and present them for final review.
Development & Testing
We will work with the development team to review documents and designs, identify tasks, create a schedule, and start Alpha and Beta development. Quality Assurance Testing will involve creating Test Plans, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Non-Functional Testing.
We train both admin and non-admin users, offering in-person and remote sessions. This includes system overview, training materials, processes, operations, and presentations. You also get hands-on training, user story scenarios, and more.
The launch process involves moving data and a transition from the old system to the new system. Support representatives are available to help with the launch and address any issues that may arise.
We resolve issues and bugs as they arise, track them in the software, and provide quick response times. We also provide feature requests, log them in the Feature Request Log, and regularly review them with the client.
