Proof of delivery, routing and exceptions

Proof of delivery. Tepia builds proof of delivery as a configurable step: photo of the package at the door, a signature for high value or age restricted items, a PIN the customer reads to the driver, or a geofence confirmation for contactless drops. The proof is stored on the order with a timestamp and location and is visible to your support team when a customer disputes a delivery. For age restricted goods, the driver app records the ID check before the order can close.

Routing. For most regional operations, Tepia builds route ordering using a mapping API: the dispatcher groups orders into a route by zone and window, and the system orders the stops to reduce drive time, respecting time windows and vehicle capacity. Exceptions. The value of a custom system shows up when something goes wrong.
